Mrs. Alice Katherine Waterloo, age 75, of Orange City FL, went home to be with our Lord & Savior on December 13, 2019.  Alice, a native of Charleston SC was born July 10, 1944, and relocated to Florida as a child with her parents and remained a lifelong resident there.
