Mr. James David Culbertson, age 62 of Mt. Vernon, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021.

James is survived by 2 sons, James Michael Spells of Soperton, GA, and Shannon Culbertson of Florida; three daughters, Amy Needer, Stacy Spells, and Rose Spells.; and several grandchildren.

There will be no formal service arrangements at this time.
